A little over a year ago I was a bridesmaid in my cousin’s wedding. Being a part of the wedding was so wonderful to me since this particular cousin is more like a sister. Seeing her so happy with her new husband during her perfect wedding day was yet another reminder of why I love weddings. I was completely touched when she surprised me with a lovely and touching bridesmaid gift: it was a gold necklace with an 'L' on it. It was dainty and pretty, and I tell you with complete honesty that I wear it almost everyday.
